what we did

ELP provided comprehensive audio equipment rental solutions for a 5,000-person graduation ceremony held in a gymnasium.

Our team set up the main audio and PA system, utilizing line array speakers for optimal sound distribution and coverage. To ensure clarity and eliminate echo, we incorporated a delay matrix system for the auxiliary speakers. Additionally, we set up audio on stage, including podium microphones for speeches and instrument connections for live bands utilizing DI boxes and SM57 microphones. Our technicians skillfully managed cues to ensure music was played seamlessly at the right moments, contributing to a memorable graduation experience for all attendees.
